Our concierge gifting service starts with a minimum spend of $2,000. Here’s what that could look like based on that minimum:
• Example 1: 40 gifts at $50 each
• Example 2: 25 gifts at $85 each
• Example 3: 10 gifts at $200 each
There’s no strict minimum order quantity — as long as your total spend meets the $2,000 minimum.
For very low quantities, some branded packaging or merchandise may incur additional surcharges, which are included within your minimum spend budget.
Our typical turnaround for concierge gifting projects is 10–15 business days from final approval. This timeframe ensures careful curation, customization, and flawless fulfillment for every order.

For more complex projects with multiple custom components, a meeting is required. Please note that our design fee for fully custom gifting starts at $250.
The minimum order for custom gift sets is 24 units, with a starting price of $75 per box (not including shipping).
If you're looking to stay at the $75 price point, the minimum increases to 200 units per gift tier.
